At the top of the page, you may select which category of product you would like to see (example: ribbon, florals, apparel, etc.). It will redirect you to that page. Some links (like Ribbon and Florals pages) have dropdown menus where you select which type of that category you would like to see (example: under Ribbon is Everyday, Christmas, and so on).
When you are finished adding product to your cart, you are ready to check out!
At the top right of the page there is a shopping bag icon. Click or tap there. You will be redirected to your shopping cart. Once there, double check that you have ordered the quantity of each product you've added, to be sure you get what you want.
If you would like to adjust quantity, select the box below "quantity". Type in the corrected amount. Below your cart is an "update" icon. Select. Your cart has been updated!
To check out, select "check out". From there, input your information and select shipping. Once done, you may select "PAY NOW". Your order is now confirmed!
You will receive shipping information via the email or phone number you have given us once your shipping label is printed.
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed at our warehouse. Once it's been processed and the label has been printed, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or phone number which you have provided to us.
While we aim to deliver your order on time, occasionally delays might occur that are beyond our control.
Before contacting us, please double-check the delivery date on your shipping confirmation email. If your order has tracking, please select the tracking link provided in that email to check on where your shipment is.
